Magelike is the first Mage-Like (Rogue-Like but with mages, not rogues) game. This project focused heavily on technical art, such as VFX, responsive Shaders, and Procedurally Generated levels. In Magelike, you climb the endless spire, defeating elemental slimes along the way using two spells: Fireball & Icebolt. The Shaders of the slimes and most environmental assets transform accordingly when hit with these spells. Each floor of the spire randomly generates rooms based on a pre-designed set of layouts and enemies.
